Perhaps a criminal charge against Burton or civil suit against him and UA

He has lost control of the team. This tells me they will loose another regular season game

Nah.

They'll win. They'll escape Ole Miss ,and beat LSU.

But they'll still have to deal with this Vols team that they don't have an answer for.
This Vols team that did whatever they wanted offensively.

Fans up in arms on Finebaum today....fans of every single school.

It was the biggest topic of conversation. Saban has stepped in it this time.

Paul also had an interesting observation...he said the fuss was not so much for what the player did, although that was wrong, but its more over Saban's ridiculous response to it.

I think he is correct.

Would be like Bama fans suing Fulmer back in the day. As Long as he didn’t set foot in the jurisdiction, they couldn’t compel him to testify. Any civil charges filed would be in Knox County Court and Mr Burton is unlikely to ever set foot in that county again.

But almost every Bama fan defended the fiend and their idol Nick Saban. Disgusting. They have sold their souls and it shows

Saban is wrong and his comments are stupid but the situation with Tank is different b/c it's a legal matter still pending. Some say he's sitting because of his hand, but either way, he hasn't been suspended, he isn't playing due to the legal matter not being closed yet.
The university clearing him definitely means the legal matter will clear him too. No way they jump out and do that unless they know what's coming.

Saban is getting tons of bad publicity on Twitter and even some national media outlets. Maybe if it keeps mounting he will be forced to take action.
Yeah like sitting him for the first series against Austin Peay, that's about all it will be.

Saban also insinuated that Louisiana police officers arrested his All-America left tackle Cam Robinson because of anti-Alabama bias. Drug charges and a gun with a filed-off serial number. If you are willing to besmirch police in something like that, then what is smacking around a 110 pound chick to you? That’s Alabama culture anyway. Explains why Pruitt was so shocked that Banks got arrested. Things like that never happened in Alabama.
