One down you still had hope, 2 not so much and Zou still has 2 more bats. Not looking like a good day. Guess the Karen factor is in play. Lets hope they come out recharged.

Congrats to Ivy for being named second team all-conference and all-conference defense. She is so smooth and I’ve come to take her ss play for granted. Big shoes to fill next year. As far as today and going forward: can’t have so many runners LOB especially this time of the year. The good news is that we’ve had runners to leave on base, the bad news is not enough timely hitting to score them. Gotta get this out and try to scratch a few across.

These girls just have to have a mentality of a hunter. It’s simple. I hate when people say “wait for your pitch” bc the pitcher may not give you your pitch. Hunt a strike.

I’ve picked up on that, and when Ralph coached, I often thought about what kind of a say he actually had in things.

Yep, we have 4 hits, Zoo has 3 hits. Hits are at a minimum if we get on base we need to take chances when we can. Davis should have gone from 3rd may have changed whole complexion of the game. Got to make something happen.
