Are u still at this??? The last time Vandy had even a top 30 recruiting class was 2013 which is nearly a decade ago and that class still wasnt a top 25 class. U trying to make your point off 2 draft picks lmfao. We had guys who went undrafted that started in the NFL last year and played at a high level smh. While a good recruiting class doesnt mean u are going to automatically win a football game, it does give u an idea of the caliber players that u have. These players still have to be developed reguardless of their god given ability. No one on earth would say ga st was more talented then us yet they won the game fair and square. Vandy was a better coached team in those W's against us simple as that. Hard work beats talent when talent doesnt work hard and anyone with eyes could see that our team flat out quit on Botch. One of the most toughnosed football players in our school history (JJ) said it out of his own mouth. Botch developed a losing culture brick by brick, thats how u go winless in conference play doesnt matter who u are playing u gonna lose.

Looks like u should take your own advice. The fact is Vandy aint had a better recruiting class then us in decades so they aint never been the most talented team between the 2. Guess some of us need to look up the definition of TALENT. It dnt mean we were always the "BETTER TEAM" which is were u seem to be confused.

I am as high on HB as anyone. And, coming into this season, before covid, I said he could be starter from day one. Well, without a spring to speak of, and missing practices for Covid, I am not so eager to throw him in. I am thinking more along the lines of, let's bring him in slowly, behind JG. If the season gets outta hand, then throw in the towel, and go with HB, full time. 10 SEC games, for a true freshman, is alot to ask, without all the complications of this DAMN VIRUS.
