Then don't respond when others point out what they can pick up on. Why does it bother the ones who so called don't care? There are those that don't think ;ike you that d feel that way. So stop caping for them.
Boom. The bolded is all that needs to be said. If that isn't you then great. Stop taking up for every fan saying that none of them could not want a black coach. Some obviously don't.
Once again what does who the administration hired have to do with people that have no control over hiring?
Many also said they would take him or Strong "As a coordinator but not coach" or down right just didn't want him. This fan base was screaming for Kevin Summerlin when our idiotic AD hired Butch Jones.
I personally consider this post prejudice and without fact.
No don't try to pull the " people who talk about racism are the REAL racists card."I honestly believe what you are describing represents a very small minority, I also believe that many who shout the racism card are actually racists themselves. One race does not have a monopoly on racism.
Now can we please as a united people move on and simply discus the real issues at hand?
You really focus on this race thing, don’t you? Many also said they would take him or Strong "As a coordinator but not coach" or down right just didn't want him.

Of course it is a small, but vocal, minority. Its not a coincidence that that small core of posters have not liked Dobbs or JG and have hated on any black coach mentioned for a big job.
They used the same arguments against Dobbs and JG even thought hey are completely different players.
That group also assumes that any qb that is white is a better passer and can read defense better.
No matter how many ints or incompletions or ducks they throw. They are better at "making decisions, reading the defense, making adjustments" or whatever intangible ability they want to make up. We still have people saying that KC reads defense and makes adjustments better than JG. We have people that think a qb with 51% and 26ints in high school will be better at reading the defense than a guy that blew those numbers away in the freakin SEC.
Most fans are not like that. There is a vocal minority that turns many off because we see through there plausible deniability. People have a right to call out the ones participating in that trash.
You're original post was one of the most condescending things I've seen on here in a while, which is saying something. You said Tee won't come here cause his "ego is too big" or cause of "his wife's career". You didn't answer me why you think Tee has a big ego, but you did say you didn't know anything about his wife or what she does. So basically you're talking out of your a** without anything to back it up. Wonder why?Geezus dude, WTF are you even saying? Whatever it is has zero to do with why I don't think Tee will come here in a lesser position or why I think he and his wife will remain on the West Coast.
We are all EQUALLY ENTITLED to our opinions, and you have no right or ability to declare if I am right or wrong. Many also said they would take him or Strong "As a coordinator but not coach" or down right just didn't want him.

To be honest a great deal of this was said during the HC search about white American coaches. And many did want strong ( me included) and sumlin. You're original post was one of the most condescending things I've seen on here in a while, which is saying something. Let me put it this way, I don't think you would have posted anything like that about a white person.
He didn’t say anything.
And there is no such thing as a “ race card” for one. Some people hate when uncomfortable subjects are brought up.
For two the only ones who have brought up race are the ones obsessed with checking to see if he says anything that can be interpreted that way.
It’s weird that some of you are so hung up on seeing if someone brings race into it as a possible factor. Maybe you shouldn’t be bringing it up if no one else is.
Hope you’re not directing that question at me. I have never ever brought up race and anytime someone has used that bull sh!t excuse, I have spoken against it every time. It is funny to see certain people bring up race because it’s a convenient pushback. It’s not rampant on this forum but it is there.

If that were true we wouldn't have the Rooney Rule.So tired of this argument.
The honest truth is a large percentage of people don’t give a damn what color someone is as long as they perform their role appropriately. I don’t care if someone is green with blue spots if they have a proven record and can coach give that person the job!
