Taylor Pannell

Me to. I thought ESPN would keep the drama rolling until they determined if LVs and TT would play again so they could capitalize on it for ratings. But I'm glad they vindicated Karen. Should have been no doubt Karen has more class and integrity than the Pannell family.

Cody Campbell has burned so many bridges in college athletics and that includes with broadcast partners.

As long as it doesn't look malicious the NCAA, ESPN, etc. are going to take opportunities to put Tech in their place.

How does no one have video of the postgame handshake line?
they do. Espn showed it and it clearly shows Coach Weekly said "GOOD GAME" and there was not reaction otherwise from sissy girl. She didn't start showing any kind of drama until way later. SHE lied its quite obvious.
What confused me was the way espn came to Coach Weekly's defense.

Coach Weekly said something........SO WHAT!!!!!!!!!!!!
She could have said what they said, but she did not, she said. I would have applauded if she said "you made a mistake". Weekly could have said "Thank you for leaving" Weekly did not, but spoiled brat lied and took it to the next level.
This is what happens when you have bought entitled players with little sense. They blab and lie.
If I were her coach it would be over and her dad would be forced to watch it on TV.

Fan bases sure do like drama.... I don't care what the player said, her team lost bottom line...
Most people are just slapping down the trolls.

It's not drama to note that Pannell lied in a way intended to harm our coach, program, and recruiting and to make herself a "victim." The "drama" is all the result of known trolls.

No way, troll.

Yours is a classic and transparent troll procedure. Attack the board. Never admit the fact that Pannell lied intending to damage our coach and program. Try to change to subject to something/anything other than the fact. Dishonestly try to disguise your attacks, your lying by omission, and your endless blaming as (sickening, fake) "moralizing." Repeat ad nauseum.

Epic fail.

The problem was our fanbase chose to make it viral. That’s on the fanbase collectively. Absolutely created a distraction.

I didn’t notice. I thought the TexTamper reporter who asked the question in order to stir up trouble and weasel mouth Pannell lying her arse off and their coach who played dumb instead asking her if it happened and failing to apologize after Holly Rowe proved it was a lie — all these made it viral. And even espn “soft played” their own (or Holly’s) reporting by, nonetheless couching the facts in a mass of “controversy” talk. They apparently made a decision to do what they could to bury their own lede and push controversy talk. What happened is not “controversial.” The fact that she lied is established and simple.

And here we had these trolls attacking our fan base, creating deliberately the false impression of drama and defending the lies.

I only responded to the trolls who deliberately make a mockery of the board. It’s almost not worth participating in a lot of areas on VN because of all the lowlife, low IQ, ill-willed, trolls. The cheap, oily, fake “moralizing” and handwringing they engage in is one of their go-to moves: practically the oldest trick in the book. Even if you ignore them, they disrupt beyond measure because not everyone does.

You sound like they got to you, and here you are blaming Tennessee fans. That’s what the trolls were selling.

Respectfully disagree - it was more the TTU fan base that was pushing it to sling mud at the team that beat them.

It is a problem - even when they win, they still feel the need to trash something about their opponent.

Bottom line is that she lied intentionally to put the focus on her.

And in the age of social media - stuff like this goes viral regardless of whatever fan base is involved. I think she knew exactly what she was doing.
