It's a good story but the fact is we should have a blue chip player out there. Butch has had 4 full recruiting classes and we have 1 sec caliber MLB. It's unacceptable

I thought Jumper played quite well until GT started keying on him in their run plays.

Georgia will probably the the big test on how well he'll hold up in SEC play. Florida is a wildcard because their offense doesn't seem too good...but it is Florida vs Tennessee and we all know how that can play out :crazy:

Huh? That ran like 80 plays. Ran being the key word. No doubt in my mind a more athletic mlb would've had quite a few more tackles that jumper did last night. He was burned a lot. And he doesn't have the size and strength to take on and then get off blocks

After watching his highlights from 2016, I believe CJ has the potential to be very effective at the MLB position.

Disagree, always have. It's not that he is a two star, it is simply how the man plays. He doesn't attack like I want my LB to. He can't shed a block well, he may get a few tackles but not TFL, he seems to just kind of stand there and wait for the runner to come to him. I'm not talking zone, I'm talking he isn't taking the fight to them. He kind of just jumpers on them. We need a scary big hitter like BItuli, with more speed and tenacity.

the fact you started a post about 53 and your OP..... was sensible, astounded me. everytime he has spent extended time on the field has shown he is at worst an above average player. Future pro bowler nope but not someone you have legit worries about as your starter.
