Muah, hah, hah! Alas, my project is complete!

I know it may not look like much, but it was a real pain in the (hoo-hoo). As close to perfect as my amateur printmaking and a little help from Kinko's can do. And, yes, that's O151.

I designed it using Publisher, with a template picture to match up the font and character size/spacing. It wasn't too difficult -- the font is Times New Roman, Bold Italic, size 250. You have to play with the character spacing to get it to fit right. The total size is 10x30". Color O151.

Then, I took it to Kinko's and had it printed on Matte paper, mounted on foamcore and laminated (cost $30). The trimming was the tough part (the print was a rectangle); I used an exacto knife and a t-square for the top, the sides are freehand.

There you go -- happy designing and good luck! There's plenty of time before kickoff. :good:

might want to take it down, cut out the drywall and add some support beams.. then reseal the drywall and put the sign back up...
