I've always felt a head coach should be a CEO type/face of the program and hire the best talent to do the heavy lifting. As for the rest of his comments, I agree with each and every one except possibly Jennings remaining at WR. Think he would serve us better at safety. Starting to wonder about Warrior a wee bit.
If a player is performing well, you don't want to move him on a whim. Croom was not super productive at WR, and moving him to TE worked. Jennings has been the clutch receiver, making the big play when we needed it most. You don't screw with that.
Warrior is living up to his name. Just because as a freshman he did not usurp veteran players you are critical of is no reason to panic.
Highly rated players who have been here longer and yet to make more of an impact? Now, that is a concern. Especially with the high number of injuries this year.
