When Bruce Pearl's Vols knocked off previously undefeated UF, the fans stormed the court. Jeremy Foley got his panties all in a twist and complained to his boyfriend, Mike Slive, who then imposed a fine on UT. Foley, the turd, is still AD at UF, so of course we simply must storm the field after knocking off his undefeated football team. It's the right thing to do.

Maybe if it is a last second win.

Will be lame if we clinch it in 4th and storm the field.

I wanna see Neyland rocking so hard for this game. No excuse not to be. PERIOD. I bet all the ushers and other security people will try and keep it quiet and gator friendly.

No to UF... but definitely if we upset a #1 Bama. and that's a huge "if"... that's why it would be storm worthy.
Regardless, be loud and proud all 4 quarters!

So your not allowed to sit down but if students who mostly have been at UT for the last 4 years which have been one of the worst in UT history want to storm the field after snapping a 7 year losing streak to on of our biggest rivals. it's acting stupid. Wow, just wow. I'm 21 and given I didn't really get into sports until my early teens I barely remember UT being even decent, so sorry if we embarrass all you guys if we storm the field but if we win then oh well I'm gonna live it up.

Also it's freaking football. It's a ruckus sport. It's not tennis or golf.

Everyone complains that Neyland isn't loud enough or involved but everyone expects you to sit down, shut up and golf clap when we win.

So the majority on this thread think that NFL receivers and running backs should simply set the ball down after scoring or hand it to the ref and run back to the sidelines? Or that defensive player that has been getting his azz kicked all night long by that Offensive Lineman and happens to get thru for a QB sack should jog back to the huddle instead of dancing like some fool?

Act like a professional and act like you've done that before. But if I were still a student, I would be awfully tempted to rush the field, especially after all the shi'ite the Gators have been throwing our way (since you can remember) IF you do it... have fun. Enjoy the moment. I wish I could be there with you.

It doesn't have to be an upset to storm the field. We are going to beat Florida for the first time in 8 years on prime time television. STORM THE DAMN FIELD!!!!

So if we were having a terrible season and had not won a single game going into bama and won then we should all just sit there and golf clap. Cool. Honestly we probably won't storm the field because imo we are gonna lose but it's the principle that people are so anti-fun around here. What does it even mean, act like you been there before. Is some recuit gonna see UT win and rush the field and be like "Oh man I don't wanna go there their fans rush the field and act like the haven't been there before."
