So you are now telling me YOU DON'T believe in the market. Interesting. This makes a real change from your posts on the politics side. The NFL is incapable of making decisions regarding players even though it is in the business of doing so. Is that information asymmetry do you think, emeritus, or is some other market failure at work? I am receiving gift after gift in this post. It's like Peyton Manning taking the Colt line to steaks....

Just some real world outside the back door though: third down conversions went up dramatically upon his return, and he was responsible for well over half over multiple games. It evened out by the end of the season to where GJ was responsible for about one-half of our third down conversions.

Do you guys think in a year or 2 we can be back to the old school winning ways? Is Dooley getting the job done with recruiting the way I think he is? I can not wait to be back at the top in the SEC its been years since we were a contender.

Because you found one of 5 million websites that try to handicap the drafts and they talked about BJ Coleman, that doesn't mean he's going to be drafted or that scouts believe he'll be drafted. It means someone has made notes. Wonder what they said about Munoz?

Acting like scouting and drafting is akin to politics and economics is about where you should spend your time. The more senseless, the better.

That same site has Bray as the number one QB for 2014, Poole ahead of Creer, and no sign of any Fulmer recruited DT.

Yeah, there are DEFINITELY a lot of hits regarding the draft prospects of Coleman.

However, I'm still waiting on the report regarding Simms >> Coleman.

It's because Simms is stronger than your daughter? You've been talking about "idiocy" a lot and how it's bad.... I'm not sure how to interpret this, Emeritus.

That's right, Coleman is a future NFLer, until he gets to any sort of combine and ends all that silliness immediately.

I'm going to assume that you weren't too stupid to understand the point about Simms vs Coleman.

No, I could care less about the NFL draft. The NFL is just a repository for former UT players IMHO to watch them play more football.

What y'all don't want to admit is BJ Coleman is a likely draft pick this year, and would have made this Vol team better. Y'all refuse to admit this because he is a Fulmer recruit that Kiffin ran off.

What y'all have done is completely expose your ideology, and it renders impotent anything you have to say regarding football. Y'all have been proven wrong countless times, and this is just another in the litany.

Bj coleman was terrible in my opinion, and I don't care if it was majors, fulmer, or neyland himself that brought him in. Coleman is not a stellar QB, and if clausen and other UT qb's couldn't get in then I doubt that BJ will either. I couldn't stand clausen as a qb either.

Coleman had better numbers vs Nebraska in Lincoln than Bray did against Montana in Neyland (relative).

Just saying.

You are exposing the same ideology which makes the GoF and the candle-lighters look like such loonies. What you think is irrelevant; NFL scout drafts think he's worth a draft pick next year. Tennessee would be stronger today (and last year especially) with him.
