Starters That Kiffin Recruited

Coleman had better numbers vs Nebraska in Lincoln than Bray did against Montana in Neyland (relative).

Just saying.

Relative? Look, I know you don't know the difference between a watermelon and a bucket of urine, but good grief that's just stupid as all hell. You follow it up with idiocy about other people having an agenda. Hypocrisy that's amazing to pile on top of absolute silliness.

You will be winning, hands down.

Wait, did he just equate Coleman's 19 for 33 for 174 with a TD and an INT to Bray's performance? I have missed the conversation up to this point, but please tell me this isn't as pathetic as it appears.

I've often wondered if your acolytes could pour urine out of a boot on their own....

Bray had a great half against an FCS opponent with plenty of YAC.

Coleman had a stellar game playing in Lincoln against a Top Ten bugeater team. There will be BCS QBs who don't have a game that solid against NE surrounded by more talent than Coleman.

In fact, I would be THRILLED if sophomore Bray could replicate it. He has yet to perform against anybody even close to that level.

No serious commentator could debate this.

Stellar?

Did you watch the Nebraska/Chattanooga game, or are you aware of: his stats, the score, your bias? It sounds like you're making up a lot of facts from that game, but for some reason I doubt you watched it.

Oh trust me, he watched it along with his BJ Coleman blowup doll.

Remind me which fact was made up again.

Thankee.

Omaha is near Lincoln.... just sayin'.

Kiffin is long gone. Most of his recruits are gone as well. So that should be the end of it.

Dooley's recruits are going to put all there effort into the program. Instead, of omg...this coach (Kiffin) lets them listen to Lil Wayne while they practice.

Dooley in my opinion recruits quality players. I would be willing to bet the some under the radar player from his past two recruiting classes comes out big within the next two years. Bank on it! Devin young, Alan Carson, etc.

Stats Coleman/Bray
Completion Percentage 57%/71%
Yards 174/293
TD 1/3
Int 1/0
Rating 106/214

Advantage Coleman?

Is that really a stellar performance. If Bray has those numbers against UF or Bama, will we call it a stellar performance?

You've said a lot of dumb things while on here... too many to count really. But, this is nearing the top of the list which speaks volumes.

The lower passer rating wins. It's like golf. Coleman was actually twice as good as Bray.

At least you added some wit to the witless.

I think the rest actually believe Bray's statline is > Coleman's given the competition he faced and the talent surrounding him.

Let's put it this way - I will be very happy if Bray can produce that kind of performance against Bama at this stage. We have yet to see him throw a meaningful football in a meaningful game (bowl game excepted).

Regardless, the talent around Bray >> talent around Coleman.

Coleman played as well as Andrew Luck yeterday. They are pretty much interchangeable.

Hmmm. Wonder if one can draw any conclusions about idiotic rankings of that nature?

So the depth chart of a team is now an "idiotic ranking"? Bryce Brown rarely saw the field last week and when he did, he stunk against horrible competition.

I saw most of the game; Coleman played well. He put up decent stats against one of the best defenses in the country with massive talent disadvantages at the receiver/OL positions against NU. He only improved his stock this weekend.

Compare:
Locker vs. Nebraska: 10 for 39 for 143 yards 1 TD 2 INT
Coleman vs. Nebraska: 19 for 33 for 174 yards 1 TD 1 INT

It was a solid day for Coleman.

No BPV post is complete until he can work in "idiot" and its derivations. Anything deviating from the acolyte ideology is idiotic - which pretty much sanctifies it in the real world then. Lets give him props on his use of alliteration.

Thanks for the Locker numbers as well. I said BCS QBs would have lesser numbers and was content for the season to play out to prove me right. Of course, there is already plenty of data out there....

UTC warm up game = UW w/ Jake Locker
Two completely different circumstances.
