Starters That Kiffin Recruited

YAWN.

Sports hacks ran stories like these every time Phil's phone rang. He would be polite when asked, but there was no real interest on Phil's side. The article is trying to milk a story out of a phone call and Phil's answers to questions.

It's like saying "Mikel Arteta is a creative midfielder with a good left boot. He'd be a fine addition to any team...." It's stock stuff.

BTW, the fact that these stories run so often is because Phil is a HoF coach.

Media does not equal reality in the main.

Until you can give 1 piece of evidence that corroborates your baseless claim, I have no reason to believe you.

He's not coaching Minnesota.

I posted an article from a year and a half ago where Fulmer said something completely opposite from gibbs' claim. He's not coaching because schools aren't asking him. It's not the other way around.

Like I said, media is rarely reality.

“Minnesota has great potential, and with its new facilities it’s a place you could recruit to,’’ Fulmer told the News Sentinel on Tuesday night. “I believe it’s a place where you can compete.’’

Sounds a lot like:

"The school seems to have a lot going for it. … My wife is from St. Pete. We have lots of friends in the area. I've recruited in Florida for a long time."

And the final funny part is your article completely vindicates me:

When asked whether he had inquired about the USF vacancy, Fulmer said, "Not directly. I have not."

Anyone know why he's posting a link to Fulmer talking up another possible job that was never offered to him?

:eek:lol:

Did it ever, I mean ever, occur to you that it would be ridiculous for Minnesota to offer him a job when he told Tony Dungy, "Honored, but no thanks?"

And then Fulmer told Knox News the same damn thing?

I know it conflicts with your ideology. I know you really need this, but again, you are just clueless about the real world outside the back door.

Do you have any idea how the real world works? Are you really a collegiate student? Or are you a middle schooler pretending?

I mean, it wasn't like we offered Muschamp the job, did we?

I feel like I should be done for beating up a middle schooler now.

YOu should be asking yourself this question. There is no doubt you have very little knowledge of the real world based on your posts.

You're like the guy that didn't make the high school team but then went down to the corner and told everyone you were getting scholarship offers. It's referred to as delusional personality syndrome. You think you are winning, when in fact, you're so far behind you've lost touch with reality.

Check with your therapist.

I wouldn't be surprised. He's hilarious and generally right on the money.

He said earlier that the offensive line wasn't important. No one that knows a damn thing about football would say that.

But you probably knew that, since you're obviously related.

Dooley himself said it's the RB that makes the OL. It would also be reflected in the market that is the NFL where skill positions receive the far larger salaries. In fact, I believe the D-lineman make more as a group than the O-lineman. That's not to say I don't have a lot of respect for them. I do.

So, there we have it in glorious technicolor: the current TN coach, who is not Phil Fulmer, says you are wrong, wrong, wrong, but please, don't let that stop you from abusing your delusions.

How in the hell is there a dumber version of Gibbs who has played less football than the original? Can you play negative sports? Can you know less than nothing? WTF?

And if anyone is wondering, yes, I believe Muschump is an utter idiot and proves it regularly.

Just about every decent NFL team pays a huge wad of cash to their left tackle.
