I watched the Alabama game and finally realized we do not run an offense for a spot up shooter(McBee). Time and time again Golden would penetrate the defense, only to be totally collapsed on and McBee would be patiently standing to his right or left feet set at the three point line, Golden totally ignoring him. Why, if I can see McBee is open can't the coaches tell Golden, McBee is open. Explain!
I encourage anyone who believes McBee is a good shooter to look at his career numbers. He's a 34% 3 point shooter. That might be a good batting average, but it's not acceptable for a 3-point specialist, especially one that is a D-II level defender.
