LSU is overwhelming OK now. It will be a war with SC tomorrow. LSU is a dangerous and worthy opponent. Fulwiley has been firing on all cylinders for the past two weeks. She seems to always take it to another level in the SEC tourney. Would not shock me if the Cajuns win tbh. Must watch TV. Ratings will be high, good for the sport.

Oh my gosh, I have not been aware of anything going on in the SECT today, and was shocked when a friend just called to comment on being surprised Ole Miss is crushing Vanderbilt. Just looked at the score. Wow. Must have been one of those rare magical games.

Ya know, I think what makes the SEC so much fun is that it’s really the only league in which it’s not impossible for a team in the bottom third of the standings to beat a team in the top third. Even the worst teams aren’t SUPER weak like you see in most leagues.

Since I haven’t seen the game, what did Ole Miss do to stop Blakes?

Never an easy answer to a question like that I suppose. Great defense, off night shooting the ball, teammates off their game, good strategy by opponent….it could go on for awhile, bottom line she didn’t play to her past performances.

Vandy played most of the second half like it was the last two minutes. Full court pressure, forcing steals and turnovers, and made a big run. But we all know you can't successfully pressure teams that way at this level.

Okay okay. I'm a little snarky and not completely reasonable tonight! 🤨

Unbelievable that Vandy got it back down to 12 with Blakes with 4 fouls.
I turned it on just in time to see Ralph pull the motivational move of getting herself ejected — and it worked for a while! I kept thinking how if the Dores managed the miracle comeback that would have become one of the most memorable wins in their program’s history. But it wasn’t meant to happen as Ole Miss snapped out of it and got back in gear.

Ralph ejected. She’s trash. Maybe a good coach but wouldn’t want her representing the T.
Gosh I know it. Isn’t it so terrible when a coach stands up for her team and advocates for her players. It’s so trashy that she’s invested in that program and tries to inspire her team. Such an embarrassment to the university.
