Since, I thought this was going to be a thread that turned some positive discussion, I might as well give it a shot to explain what Dooley actually meant.
In year 1 or year 2 there was no accountability with the guys that are now Juniors. They knew that Dooley couldn't come in and say, "Da'Rick your butt is on the bench, and I'm putting Zach Rogers there." The seniors couldn't hold them accountable because the seniors sucked, no offense. It's pretty obvious now that accountability is within reach.
If Bray wants to be lazy (this is just for illustrative purposes only, no implication) then he knows a guy behind him has experience.
If Da'Rick Rogers or Justin Hunter want to be lazy, they know Cordarrelle and a host of WRs behind them can step up in their place.
If any of the offensive linemen want to be lazy or lack discipline, then there is finally a 2 deep in place at each position that will take their spot.
