Apparently, your voluntary residency in the sanitarium has you feeling sparky. For your information, tinklewicket, my standard cup is made from freshly ground medium roast. Light and dark roast have their place, and I do enjoy them appropriately. French roast, espresso, cafe con leche, coffee & chicory… all in their place and time.
