I am just speculating here but I believe the reason why he is not on the hot seat is because the cost it be to get rid of him and bring another coach in. We finally got our financial problems in order, so firing a coach now would be very hard. His buyout is in between six and eight million. Then add the other coaches, so bump that up to twelve million. Now hire a new top of the line coach like we want. Another five million. Pay his buyout, lets lowball and say three million. You are looking at twenty million dollars to get rid of and hire a new coach. And before you start the crap saying donors can do it. There is a reason why donors are millionaires and billionaires, they don't just give money away. Yes they have buildings all over campus with there name on it. They get tax write offs for all that. I'm pretty sure you can't get a tax right off for paying a buyout for a coach.
