You said if he couldnt play football he would be working at Kroger the rest of his life. You claim "history" tells you this. Im betting you dont know anything about JRM personally or even on an academic level. For you to just assume he wont make anything of his life is racist weather you believe it or not. If he was white I would bet anything I own you would not have said that.

A marginal player as JRM is, should have taken the opportunity to show what he could do. For an undersized LB, I would think there are a lot of teams that already think he is not an NFL player. He blew one chance to show them wrong.
I see a future at Kroger's for this guy. Good luck.
He was a good player for us but the NFL is a big step up. He can take anyone's advice he chooses but as an undersized LB with injuries in his resume, I would think he should be doing all he can to show each and every scout that he is NFL caliber.

He completes his Master's this Spring if I am not mistaken. If you followed the program the last 3 years you would know he is extremely intelligent, insightful, and a great student.
Don't worry about him if football doesnt work. He will find a way to thrive in life.
