Barnett, Reeves-Maybin Impress At NFL Combine - University of Tennessee Official Athletic Site
Imo, unless something I am unaware of, this is a terrible decision on his part not to take part.
As Barnett said, he chose to take part in events despite being sick because he thought it was that important. Basically a job interview.
A marginal player as JRM is, should have taken the opportunity to show what he could do. For an undersized LB, I would think there are a lot of teams that already think he is not an NFL player. He blew one chance to show them wrong.
I see a future at Kroger's for this guy. Good luck.

If you truly believe that you obviously haven't heard a word JRM has ever said since dawning the Orange and White. Well spoken, smart, leader, and a great work ethic.Almost positive you guys should start representing NFL players.... I'm sure his agents who get paid based upon the dollar amount he signs for had a reason to limit his exposure. Not running the 40 at the combine has worked just fine for players in the past, players that didn't work at Kroger.

As Verne liked to call him, saw him in a couple drills but no 40 time or other measurable events??
Did he choose not to participate? If so, then why?
Just curious? Don't Taze me Bro!

Snowflake. When all else fails, play the race card.
