Wont happen for two reasons: One, ACC teams owe too much for a buyout. Two, SEC already has a Florida and Carolina TV market so, those teams have no added value to the SEC.

Eh ... agree that ACC teams have a way hefty buyout, but make no mistake about it, there is added value there, big time programs on top of their games brings big time viewership in all TV markets. Diehard College football fans would tune in and practically drool over a Clemson and Bama or Clemson and UGA game in regular season, same for a FSU vs UF match up for a division title. It’s big time quality football for most true football fans. I don’t think it happens, but it’s not unreasonable at all.

Bringing this back to the front: TV markets are irrelevant now. That was 2010. So called markets are not top 10 on the priority list.

Media is presented and consumed completely differently now, and it isn't going back.

Might be something, might be nothing, Brett McMurphy saying:
*Kansas to Big 10 is imminent
*West Virginia in official talks w/ACC
* Louisiana Tech & Louisiana to Big 12
* FSU & Clemson officials contacted SEC about joining league
* AAC will raid Big 12

Lol, why would the Big10 want Kansas? They've already got enough doormats in that conference, and adding another loser isn't going to help them with CFB committee votes.
