This is just a barn to park the tractor w/ mower, buggy, disc and misc equipment. Hunting lodge will have 3 bedrooms, 3 bath, kitchen, den, etc. Those that are deemed to not be a criminal element will be invited for a sleepover.

"Criminal element" won't be a problem. Now if you had said demented troublemakers, everyone but Joe would have been disqualified.

Can't wait to rent this place out to illegal Mexicans when Comp isn't there. I should be able to squeeze several families in there.

mini splits. a lot more efficient, a faster to cool, heating does take longer than a gas but better than an electric imo. and having multiple of them allows more control of what gets heated and cooled.
