So I was on site today.

We are officially in Go mode.
Rough in plumbing should and pad prep should be done by the 17th pad shortly after that and wall start going up around the 1st of November.

Side note.
My buddy is building his own storage building to the side.

Surprisingly it's not horribly out of square and plumb. This is good considering there were no string boxes, post bracing, and all they had was a torpedo level.
Cromp was using a circular saw that was used in the construction of Noah's ark.

I did push one post about 5deg and put a brace on it.
