Yeah 6th. Year is what I meant by putting medical in there but I think hardship may be the correct way of saying it. I hope he can get it tho his leadership is invaluible. Didn't zach rogers older bro. (Can't remember his name) get approved but decided to go to work instead?

Of course he's taking protein. They do have a nutritionist, right? I don't know about protein powder. They may be able to feed the boys enough food for it to be unnecessary.
As far as creatine.... that doesn't really do a whole lot. You speak of it like it's steroids.
You obviously haven't tried the right brand of creatine. Works as good as testosterone for about 6 months. Steroids causes your muscles to build bigger and faster than your other tissues like tendons or cartilage can support and I think, leads to injuries like many of those that we see in football. I'm not proud to say that I experienced all the above during my somewhat uneventful football career.

Creatine is great for recovery, endurance, and helps in preventing inflammation in joints, tendons, & ligaments.
Not sure where you are getting this info, but there is no evidence to support these claims despite multiple published meta-analyses.
Creatine has only conclusively shown to increase high-intensity/short-duration muscle power. Any claims to "recovery" or "endurance" are marketing claims, but unfounded.
