Shy Tuttle out for the season

Guys come on it sucks for shy and the d. But really it was legal. And believe me it kills me to say that. It was sent in for review just like the punt return. But they said the same thing. Legal hit

If it was reviewed and concluded that the clip on Tuttle AND the block in the back were both legal, then somebody needs to review the reviewers

Just Tuttle sorry didn't make that clear. My bad. Block in the back should have been called. There was something else but it escapes me right now

I never antagonized. I state my opinion. If someone disagrees with me....who cares. However, I do find the level of idiocy from a vast majority of posters, quite amusing.

Keep posting. This keeps getting better and better.

"I have NEVER antagonized a single poster here....

...but you guys all suck. Deal with it."

That play was a flat out clip! Anybody that thinks it was a legal hit need to read the definition of a clip, or just does not understand the penalty. Tuttle turned completely away from the lineman. There is no way he could have gotten his head in front of him. He dove at the back of his legs, should have been flagged!

So because it was reviewed and the refs said it was legal, its legal? The refs and reviewers never make mistakes right? The Packers/Seahawks game of 2012. I will just let that sink in as to the accuracy and competency of refs and reviewers.

Brandon Kublanow (Georgia's C) should watch his back next year. I'd love to see someone come in and cheap shot him.

This is no way the same situation as JRM hit on Chubb. That's a football play.

This was a textbook clipping penalty.

No room for cheap shots. I would much rather someone hit him in the chest about 7 feet in the air, and him land flat of his ass. Then pancake him.

As the other three shows it was A legal hitin college you can go below the waist

If it's legal, then the rules need to change. And if our coaches are teaching that, they need to be fired.

It was a coward's play. Dirty, malicious and with the opponent facing away from him. Screw the rules, it is against the code.

When Deacon Jones played, his patented move was a club to the head. Night Train Lane dominated with the clothesline. Perfectly legal...at the time.

Jimmy Hyams interviewed Butch Yesterday and asked him about it. Butch has reported it to the SEC officials and was asked not to talk about what they told him, but he did say essentially he thought it was a dirty play. He sounded very pissed off about it.
