I personally think skipping the NFL would be a good choice. CTE is serious business and can ruin the rest of your life. Dobbs could make big $$$ working as an aerospace engineer. Why risk your mind and body for a short-term payday? I guess that's the "American way". I sure as heck wouldn't play football except as a last resort.
So given the opportunity to make a minimum of $2.9 million for two years of work, you wouldn't take it? I call BS on that.

No BS. We all know if you go to the NFL you aren't just going to sign and then quit in 2 yrs unless it wasn't your choice. I'd much rather work 25 years at $100-200k at an occupation that didn't risk my mental health, debilitating pain, etc.
