Yes that's what I believe. I have zero confidence that Franklin will do anything great while at PSU and Shoop may feel the same way.

Does anyone know what the buyout is in relation to what we think the school will offer him? I've read some Pennstate writers and they think the only reason why it hasn't been announced is buyout discussions.
