Honestly, I've been part of the band of ruffians snickering at Butchs' "BSIA" comments. But, when you look at how he's upgrading staff as we grow, then I think I'm gonna start getting more neutral on that going forward. In time I hope to join the chorus making fun of all those who made fun of Butch. :-D

If you look at his coaching history, a very strong case could be made this is true. I would enjoy hearing his views about that to confirm yea or nay.
