Shaq is heartless

most people were. I just see a difference in a person understanding and being able to handle some torment and someone who doesn't quite get it or has it done anonymously. I doubt this guy searched out Shaq but Shaq felt the need to humiliate someone he knew absolutely nothing about. That shows a serious lack of class

Lack of class maybe, but humiliation? That's kind of stretching it.

not necessarily. Shaq's pic got viewed and laughed at by how many people (more than 14,000 likes)? I would categorize that kind of exposure as humiliation

Shaq's intelligence lends to the classification of ID and MR. Colossal moron who was lucky to be born an ogre.

Perhaps. But I get this funny feeling that this situation will be made right in more than just a public apology.

Shaq isn't a bad dude by any means so realizing he screwed up, he'll probably make it right.

it will be fixed in a way to undo the damage done by Shaq's error. It will be done to make Shaq look good in a photo op and not what is in the other guy's best interest. Call me a cynic

You're not a cynic. That's just the way the PR ball bounces.

Social media is a powerful thing.

Imagine if Wilt Chamberlain had been around when Twitter blew up. That guy would have sex with FORTY thousand women instead of a paltry 10,000.

Isn't the idea of this forum to discuss political issues? If so, then he does bring in good topics for discussion.

If he had would actually engage in political discussions than sure, all he does is troll.

I think Mav and lg deserve their own odd couple forum.

What's the point of giving to charities if you are going to ridicule the disabled for laughs? I expected better from shaq. Very immature on his part.

You have to understand something about VN. There is a clique in the politics forum and if you're not in it, then you're not a good contributor. If you have different opinions than the clique then you're less than them.

I do not always agree with VM but he brings some good points that the clique usually do not agree with. Therefore they berate VM for his threads. It's actually pretty pathetic. Are all of VM threads and posts good? No way. Does he bring different viewpoints and some good contributions? Absolutely.
