Here is the wording from the original CJP contract:I do, when Tee Martin signed his contract as assistant head coach it allows the boss “Fulmer” a window to make that move.
Could it be challenged in court? Yes. It’s a gray area. But if Pruitt took it to court it could keep him from coaching until his lawsuit is settled. Plus it would put Pruitt in a position because of the lawsuit awfully hard to find employment.
Mizzou and UK were OK and Indiana was a bowl win, so you can’t totally discount them. But it was obvious that we mostly were just beating teams we should have beaten.

it doesn’t seem gray to me.
