"Our young guys don't have time to be young as we get to the fall, and that's been a part of the message that our leadership has applied to the young guys inside of our program. PhD? Pavia will be eligible for retirement when he graduates.

thats a fair point. the counter then would be, wouldn't most transfers-in then be sophomores?
