SEC Baseball Tournament Thread

The race for the 12th and final spot maybe the most interesting thing left.
Alabama, Kentucky and South Carolina all have identical 7-20 records and play top 10 teams in the final series.
Alabama plays at #7 Georgia
South Carolina plays at #6 Mississippi St.
#2 Vanderbilt plays at Kentucky.
It’s becomes a who can avoid being swept situation.
Kentucky has the advantage of playing at home, but Vanderbilt is looking to win the Conference Championship. Strangely it may work out for Kentucky if Vanderbilt wraps up the SEC on Friday night and has nothing to play for on Saturday.

I like the way the ACC is doing their tournament, with 4 pods of three team in a round robin (I think), then the 4 pod winners play in the semifinals (single elimination). The SEC tournament is crazy with some rounds single elimination and others double. Its like they went to TSSAA and asked for a wackier playoff system.

Georgia finished 21-9, Ark was 20-10... I guess they give the division winners the 1 and 2 seeds and then seed the other qualifiers.
