I stand corrected guys. The Breeder's Cup is little more than a swap meet. This is yet another example of the incompetence of the Jones era. FAHR Butch!!! We all know the Metropolis that is Lexington has more than enough quality rooms that are literally walking distance from the stadium. FAHR Butch
Keep in mind, the Breeders' Cup attendance is counted cumulatively over the two days. At any given time, no more than 40K-50K people will be in attendance. And yes, many of those ~50K people who attend Day 1 events are the same folks counted in the ~50K of Day 2. So it's really nowhere close to 100K different people.

I was wrong too Reader. We underestimated the juggernaut that is Wildcats football and foolishly assumed they give a crap about horse racing in Kentucky.inch:
Oh look, logic flew over head. Shocking.
Can't wait for your next witty, yet ill informed response.
80% of this team never stayed in Cincinnati and only 50% rode a bus longer than 2 hours in Kentucky
Sure you can! But the rate you pull outtaya butt? You won't have to wait much. Endless content!
Just so us'n "ill-informed" can stay abreast? Your position is that our travel staff waited till a week ago to book travel arrangements and hotels were sold out in Lexington because of the football game. We then had to book in Cincinnati last minute and the Bengals sweetened the package. Horseracing meh Butch bleh? Gotcha! Don't ever leave us...WE NEED YOU!
Are they flying to Cinci and then bussing down. Or treking by bus all the way to Cinci and back. If they are bussing the whole time, that's outrageous.....
5 hours from Nashville and I-65 throughout the whole damn state of Kentucky is under construction. I made the trek back in September and it sucked. Not sure how far it is from Knoxville though
