Stop posting bull$hit like this. It just leads to speculation and character assination...just wait for the damn police investigation is complete post the link.
pretty sure the Duke incident was volleyballEXACTLY!!! We just saw a female Duke basketball player make sorts of false accusations about a fan in the stands at BYU. They reviewed the film and the guy was completely innocent, never made the comments attributed to him. Ms. Staley of USCjr of course rushed to judgement and made an ass of herself jumping the gun. How quickly we forget the Duke lacrosse team and many other falsehoods that prevail initially. Not ever domestic violence victim making that claim is legit. Let the facts prevail and act accordingly.
I was falsely accused of domestic violence. Burden of proof is on the accuser at the end of the day. Wait for the truth to come out before passing judgement either way. If nothing is ever conclusively proven don’t judge either party.Actually, I have seen exactly that. An abusive ex-wife who viciously abused my daughters and others while feigning the innocent victim role. I've seen the other side of abusive women and false accusations ruining lives often with the assistance of well-funded 'Violence against Woman Act" (VAWA 2005) groups assisting their evil agenda. I don't assume accusations are legitimate these days. Courts and police cater to mean, manipulative, abusive women who play the victim. It's very real. Devastating when it happens to you.
A great deal of our problems on all levels is rooted in society as a whole. Somewhere in the 1960s, we began to lose our old time moral values, and it got worse thereafter. Don't politicize this link, I share it to illustrate both the lack of value too many men treat women, and the utter lack of morality in society today. It infects even the so-called pillars of society.
Lawmaker arrested after punching wife in face for undressing too slowly
This wasn't the good old days. See the date on the article. The point is society as a whole has degenerated even worst rather than evolved for the better.
You mean like video of him beating the girl on the dorm security cameras? That good enough? If the kid is guilty he deserves what he gets.
I do however miss the days when it was innocent till proven guilty!
People now get destroyed in the public eye and careers ended before the truth even is determined.
Sad times
A.J. says hiFalse accusations are far and away the exception, not the rule, and far too many cases of domestic and/or sexual violence go unreported. It’s possible, and imperative, to truly withhold judgment and give both accuser and accused the benefit of the doubt in these cases. “Let’s wait to see what happened” shouldn’t mean implicitly throwing the alleged victim under the bus.
