Bingo! Amber appears to be the prototypical 'cluster B personality disordered' female who abuses people and exploits the system for gain. Johnny Depp was very fortunate to have deep pockets for a legal team willing able to prove his innocence to a jury. Trust me, there is no presumption of innocence before Judges on DV accusations. The judges always 'err on the side of caution' - meaning they cover their butt and destroy the man rather than risk denying a woman's claims of DV. It's all done under the watchful eye of women's advocacies and perverse Federal (VAWA authorized) financial incentives for state agencies to comply with Federal VAWA mandates in order to get cash to pay for the extra prosecutors, judges, women's shelters and enforcement mechanisms - allegedly all to protect women. The judge is essentially obligated to rule against the man to avoid negative repercussions.
It's an absolute nightmare for men and children of abusive women, particularly in family courts where there is no legal burden to prove beyond a reasonable doubt. The man is presumed guilty, stripped of all parental rights, civil rights, resources, home and property, left unable to even protect his children from the abuser - aided and abetted by the VAWA corruption of courts, police and state agencies.
Someday, I should write a book. It's surreal.

Even though The Duluth Model has been repeatedly debunked as false pseudo social science (or made up monkey 💩 to be more accurate), it's remnants still influence our courts & state policies to a disturbing degree.
But hey, the directors of all those shelters get 6 figure salaries. Was only a couple of years ago before the 1st men's shelter was established in the US. The DV ratio isn't literal 100's-1.

You could write the book but Amazon, Barnes & Noble, Ebay would never carry it..... Those kind of facts are hate speech when you lay out the monetary incentive.

I wanna know how big this female was or the size of sledgehammer she can swing or her knife collection or AK or something.

6'5" 320lbs. C'mon. I'm a good sized boy, he might feel like he needs to hit me in a confrontation but I just doubt that woman was a threat.

An arrest warrant said he was involved in an incident with his girlfriend Sunday, Sept. 11 in Stokely Hall at around 11 p.m. According to the document, Herring and his girlfriend got into a fight in his room.
The documents also said that he was seen on camera kicking and hitting her as she tried to leave Stokely Hall. It also said that he is seen taking her bag and kicking it back to his room.

EXACTLY!!! We just saw a female Duke basketball player make sorts of false accusations about a fan in the stands at BYU. They reviewed the film and the guy was completely innocent, never made the comments attributed to him. Ms. Staley of USCjr of course rushed to judgement and made an ass of herself jumping the gun. How quickly we forget the Duke lacrosse team and many other falsehoods that prevail initially. Not ever domestic violence victim making that claim is legit. Let the facts prevail and act accordingly.

Walking away is the best thing you can do. Sometimes it’s hard. Not always the guys fault. Their are women out their that will go out of their way to push a guys buttons. Domestic violence is a 2 way street.

Many questioned his signing to begin with. Didn't have a lot of offers from major schools even coming out of Juco.

This is not a major hit for the depth chart.
