Terrifying Moment Illegal Migrant Makes Rogue U-Turn In Semi-Truck Before Crashing Into Minivan And Killing Three eople​


Terrifying footage has emerged of the moment an illegal migrant driving a huge semi-truck caused a tragic crash which left three people dead.

Harjinder Singh - who obtained a commercial driver's license in California - was charged with three counts of vehicular homicide for the horrific crash in Florida last Tuesday.

Video from inside his enormous semi-truck shows the moment he casually began performing a U-turn on a highway, failing to consider other cars on the road traveling at speed.


As he took up the entire highway, a minivan crashed directly into the side of the truck, unable to break quick enough to prevent the tragedy.

Two passengers were killed on impact, while the driver was rushed to hospital and later declared dead.

Singh is understood to have arrived in the United States illegally in 2018 after crossing the Mexican border.

'The actions taken by the Defendant while operating a commercial tractor-trailer are both shocking and criminal.

'Harjinder Singh is in custody on state vehicular homicide charges and immigration violations.

'He will no longer be able to damage and destroy the lives of Floridians and visitors.'


Singh is currently being held on an ICE detainer.

If convicted, he is likely to serve his sentence in Florida and then face immediate deportation.

Each vehicular homicide charge carries a maximum penalty of 15 years behind bars.

A 30-year-old perp fatally shot after pulling a gun on an off-duty NYPD cop in a botched robbery was an illegal migrant who had been involved in three other violent thefts just hours earlier, sources told The Post.

Lahione Soto, of the Dominican Republic, died after he was shot by the cop outside a residential building at West 173rd Street and Amsterdam Avenue in Washington Heights late Sunday.

Soto, who had crossed the US border in El Paso, Texas, in June last year, was one of two moped-riding perps who ambushed the off-duty officer, the sources said

ICE Rips Pritzker For ‘siding with criminal illegal alien’ After Officer Dragged And Suspect Killed​


Illinois Gov. JB Pritzker is calling for more “transparency” after an ICE officer was seriously injured during an encounter with an undocumented immigrant outside Chicago.

The suspect was shot and killed after allegedly dragging the officer for a significant distance with his car.

ICE Deputy Director Madison Sheahan pushed back on Pritzker’s comments, accusing Democrats of siding with illegal migrants over law enforcement.

“They obviously continue to take the sides of these criminal illegal aliens who put our people in harm’s way,” said Sheahan Tuesday on “Fox & Friends.”

“Not just officers, it’s the people of Chicago, people of these communities that these Democrats and Governor Pritzker continue to choose to protect.”


The Department of Homeland Security identified the suspect as Silverio Villegas-Gonzalez and said he resisted arrest and attempted to flee during a traffic stop. Sheahan said Villegas-Gonzalez, who entered the United States at an unknown date, had a record of reckless driving and a final order of removal.

When officers tried to detain him, he allegedly drove toward them, striking and dragging one agent. The officer then opened fire. Villegas-Gonzalez was taken to a hospital where he later died.

New York Issued Driver’s License To Migrant — But Didn’t Require First Name​


ALBANY – New York issued a driver’s license to a migrant — but didn’t require a first name.

The revelation came as Oklahoma Gov. Kevin Stitt said a man caught up in a raid that ensnared 125 illegal immigrants in his state had a New York commercial driver’s license with “No Name Given” in the place of his first and middle monikers.

“If New York wants to hand out CDLs to illegal immigrants with ‘No Name Given,’ that’s on them. The moment they cross into Oklahoma, they answer to our laws,” the Republican wrote in a social media post Monday, along with a picture of the license.

The New York Department of Motor Vehicles confirmed to The Post that the license, issued on April 14 and set to expire May 26, 2028, was real.

“This commercial driver’s license was issued in accordance with all proper procedures, including verification of the individual’s identity through federally issued documentation,” DMV spokesman Walter McLure said in a statement.

The spokesman said the individual in question had “lawful status” to be in the US “through a federal employment authorization and was issued a license consistent with federal guidelines.”

He did not specify which program and what “federal issued documentation” was provided to the DMV to verify the man’s identity.

“During the operation, OHP (Oklahoma Highway Patrol) encountered numerous commercial truck drivers operating with licenses issued by sanctuary states, including one license listing ‘No Name Given,'” Stitt’s office said in a statement, noting that 125 illegal immigrants were arrested in the sweep.

“These individuals posed a public safety risk by operating 80,000-pound commercial vehicles without proper verification,” the statement said.
