That's right, Nick

Kiffin gave you the blueprints to beat Florida and I bet you used it; all he had to do was to watch our game and that was basically the gameplan.

So Saban, give Lane and Monte a call and give a big thanks to them.

Yeah, but the sad thing is we also gave Florida the blueprint to beat Bama just by watching our game and Urbie with his "superior" players couldn't pull it off. Can't he do anything right?

Bammer won up front on both sides of the ball. When you do that, you'll win everytime.

those are good points. we played both them teams better than anyone. We exposed them and almost beat them with much less talent. The problem with Meyer is, he is too arrogant to watch UT film to see how we played them.

Good for him, he showed us.

All I have to say is the Gators and the Fans better get use to it. CUM couldn't get it done with Tebow this year, he isn't going to do it later. This is signs of things to come for Flordia, IMO. I hope the Gators have enjoyed the ride.

You act like we didn't give both teams the blueprint to beat the other team.

Saban will be sure to send a case of booze and box of chocolates to Lane K and his staff.

I agree. Bama went to 4-down lineman and used a very similar 'blitz' and 'coverage' package that Monte used back in September.

The defending of the Urban 'spread' actually caught several SEC team's attention following the UT game. Bama simply had the athletes and assistant coaches to make it work.

It will be interesting to see how Urban evolves his 'system'.

Monte passed along some good inside info to saban to beat florida. He should get a cut of bama's championship cash.

you have to have a running game. Basic flaw in the plan for Florida to be able to use it.

Whether they gave them a blue print or not it was clear that running right at Florida was their weakness. This Bama team was built right to beat Florida.

Saban had the best game plan yet against Florida. Throw it at will, run it down their throats, physically manhandle their offense and make them like it. Now that was a good game plan.

If UT had the blueprint to beat UF they would have beaten them. You should hope that maybe MK learned a little something from Saban last night.

TN couldn't beat Florida this year if they knew what play they were going to run before they run it. Not enough talent.

Bama used UT's blueprint, but had twice the talent due to fulmer's bad recruiting. When UT gets that talent level, they'll be beating florida on a regular basis---mark it down!

You hear a lot about the loss of Percy Harvin and Luis Murphy and how they impacted Florida's offense, but you don't hear a lot about losing the guy calling the shots last year. Florida's spread is built around good, big lineman creating lateral space on the field, fast skill players running through that space, and Tebow being Tebow. When I look at the Gators this year, they still have all of those things, but their offense hasn't been nearly as prolific as '08.

Last year they scored 46 ppg, this year, 34. Last year they scored < 30 once, a 26-3 win in the second game of the season against Miami; this year they scored < 30 in 7 different games. Statistically, the yardage gained by UF in '08 and '09 is about even, but the points are substantially off.

I'm wondering if Mississippit St isn't the proper party to thank for slowing down Florida's offense by hiring Dan Mullen. Perhaps next season, Louisville will be the party to thank for softening the Gator defense.
