Guy is not helping by feeding into the stereotype of thugish behavior. It's similar to a white guy painting or having a tatoo of a skull on his chest and crying the victim card, because he is getting labeled and judged by everyone.

No I don’t personally. It’s just super annoying when someone starts a thread and people immediately start with “no one cares”. Well obviously some people do. Let them discuss things if they want to.

There is never an excuse or logical rationale to stereotype racially. Again if it’s about you hating Alabama then hate them without taking there.

The Boz was older and acted dumber. From what I can tell, Williams did kill it last night. Not a bunch of choir boys out there. They ALL are sinners just like YOU and ME. God’s grace and mercy are marvelous acts that I do not deserve. Glad I wasn’t on National TV at 17 and praise the Lord there were not any cell phone cameras in the 80-90’s. I would not have ever had a chance if ever was caught on digital film like it is today. To each, his own. I’m only responsible for my stupidity.

Is it okay if someone calls out the hypocrisy of the SEC or will i get blasted for that?

Back in 2023, a couple Bama fans wore shirts with "Killin our way through the SEC" to the SEC tournament. The SEC announced that anyone with a shirt like that would not be admitted to future games.

So it seems the SEC holds its fans to a higher standard than the players. To me that seems somewhat backwards.

I don’t really care what he does and I’m not offended by it, but I would find it embarrassing if one of our receivers had that written on his face.

Why should people care? “Thug” isn’t a compliment. In college football, it’s a term used to summarize why someone with all the tools and opportunity finds a way to fail by their own choices.

TN went through some embarrassing times due to relying on thugs to represent our school. We couldn’t keep players out of jail when we should have been competitive for the SEC championship. They didn’t focus on their sport while Mark Richt, Urban Meyer and Nick Saban teams did.

Is this kid a thug? I have no idea. But attitude matters.
