Ultimately, the cornerstone to CBP's philosophy on basketball is this: put it up before you give it up. If (and only if) Childress has a wide-open look from 3, why not take the shot? Same with Chism, who knocked down a clutch 3 in OT today. Plus, if other teams have to come out on the perimeter to guard Chism and Childress when they're lurking out there, more penetration opportunites are created for Ramar, Lofton, et al.

More like a poor man's Eddie House.Ah, good ol' Tony Harris. Imagine what someone like CBP could have done with that kind of raw talent. He still, to this day, was the quickest player with the ball I've seen in a Tennessee uniform, and a good shooter... unfortunately offset by trying ridiculous, ill-advised shots and poor ballhandling; not to mention the thug mentality that was characteristic of the Jerry Green years. Kind of a sad story, really; he could have been a poor man's Allen Iverson in the NBA with the right guidance and coaching.
