And that is exactly what the "VFL program" is supposed to be for.. My opinion is that it isn't what its praised to be, and the coaches are supposed to as big a part of the VFL as the players are with helping the players... And they obviously aren't doing a good job.
So instead of suspending a player for his attitude, teach him and help him.. But i'll tell you what. If he was on Saban's team, this sh-t would have been cleared up last year. He is just that good of a coach.. Dooley is trying to be too much like him but isn't anywhere like him. No stability at all.

Da'Rick Rogers has NOT been dismissed. He's still a part of the program.
We believe that he is going to restricted from some team activities until he earns his way back.
Rogers must be a better teammate. He must be more of a team guy and he must conduct himself better on and off the field. In doing so he can win his teammates back and return to the good graces of the coaching staff.
