Dooley is an idiot.. Instead of suspending him, why not teach him, and work with him to make him a better person? Isn't that what the "VFL Program" is supposed to be about? This one is on the coaches.. He is an Idiot for "suspending" him, when it is solely his fault. Ive lost all respect for Dooley, I can't wait till hes gone.

Amazing how persistent you are in defending the primary cause of UT's current condition while attacking the one suffering to try to correct it.

If Fulmer doesn't leave a lower tier mid-major roster... UT's run vs UK would still be going even if Dooley is the incompetent buffoon some of you are so sure that he is.

Fulmer got more than a fair shake. He failed. He's gone. You need to let go.

If Da'Rick is kicked off for having a problem with an idiotic coaching staff then Dooley needs to get fired. Players apparently aren't getting along with him. If Dooley and staff would do their freaking job and teach these guys, then there wouldn't be this kinda crap going on.

Yeah, every coach should keep a kid on the team who has been identified as a cancer, cussing out his coach, not working hard to show the freshmen what needs to be done to succeed, and have discipline problems with his attitude.

How do you know what has been said behind closed doors? Do you have any idea how a professional manager handles discipline issues? The really serious stuff is handled behind closed doors. Some of it isn't shared with others even if the leader's reputation takes a hit for "doing nothing".

IF Dooley has cut Rogers loose, you can be absolutely certain that he either did something really bad or else just refused to turn around.

Get off Dooley? Rodgers could have wore a t-shirt of any kind. I promise he had at least a white tee. You think Peyton goes to team meetings with a Patriot shirt on? duh, no...it's about leadership.

And none of us know what was said once dooley took him back there. He probably was disrespectful and he got the boot.

Dooley can't win for losing (and I'm not on Dooley's jock by any means, but you guys are ridiculous)

Kid has personal problems. Hes 19 or 20 and in college. He has no parents (lived with Nash Nance). How the hell do expect him to act? You honestly think hes gonna be the perfect little angel? Hell no. I'd have problems too if I didn't have either of my parents around to teach me right from wrong. Use some common sense you stupid Florida fan. You know absolutely nothing about these players, and just throw out opinions like its no big deal. Unbelieveable how ignorant some people are..

If it was over a "Cal" t-shirt then either he did it to make a point or else had been warned not to do it. If either is the case then it is likely the last in a long string of incidents.

I knew someone who got fired from Coke in Atlanta for drinking a Pepsi at her desk. There are just some things you don't do especially when free swag is available to you.

Wait. He just disciplines one of his best players who has made himself a problem and he has no control? That is the epitome of a coach doing what it takes to get and maintain control as well as improve team unity by establishing that no one guy is bigger than the team.
