Yes, it's clear he wasn't referring to only Da'Rick Rogers. Rogers' number is definitely not "21" or anything. It's clear that he was saying that over 30% of the roster is being suspended indefinitely.

That's all hearsay, and I don't know what's true and what isn't. All I know is, dude is clearly the best player we have on offense (without Hunter), and losing him is a massive, massive hit to our team. That's clear as day to anyone. That's a player we simply can't lose, and yet, of course we are flirting with doing just that. Ahhh, the life of a Vol fan.

Well they are reporting he is suspended and all, and the players really did say that after the game..Not much "hearsay" IMO.
