i’d say she’s gonna be suspended a couple games. i think kicking her off is a little much.

I only say kicked off(I want her here) because I could’ve sworn she wasn’t supposed to have any issues for a certain time frame

I’m my opinion she has to be dismissed. Ruby has made Kim and the program look bad twice. In only a span of two months. She has to send a message. If Ruby didn’t care enough to stay out of trouble, why should we? Love her to death but next man up. We have depth this year. It’s already affected us in recruiting we can’t let it continue. Smh.

If I am recalling correctly, the "no more issues" thing was specific to the other woman who was involved in the first mess. I don't recall reading anything indicating that if she got into ANY further trouble the plea deal was nullified.

Kim's dilemma is one of having already made it crystal clear to Ruby that she had damaged the LV brand with her reckless behavior, and apparently made a contrite Whitehorn jump through some hoops to get a second chance. I'm not so sure Kim won't see Whitehorn's even RISKING putting the program in a bad light again by being out in the middle of the night as being anything but careless disrespect.

I don’t want her off the team. But I feel at this point, she has to be let go. As a Lady Vol, you can’t get in trouble with the law twice in 3 months. Not a good look.

Most people don’t get second chances and for her to get one and still not take it serious just proves how serious she actually is about basketball.

Kim already said she was prepared to part ways with Ruby if she didn’t do what she needed her to do. Of course that was related to something else BUT this is Ruby not doing what Kim needed her to do. She’s gone.

It's interesting she was caught with 5.59 grams, which is a misdemeanor in Tennessee. 5.6 grams would be considered a felony.
