which is why i have argued that people can bring up quality wins, rpi, etc, etc, etc.

but when the committee sees that georgia is a #3 seed getting a double bye for the sec tournament.....then, it's not going to be very forgiving to bubble teams in the sec.

sorry, just ain't gonna happen.

I predicted the SEC to get 7 teams in preseason....if you can find that post I'll leave and never come back. If you can't same holds for you, deal?

1. I never predicted that the SEC would get 7 teams in this year preseason
2. I didn't delete the post, a mod did. You don't believe them ask them.
3. Are you gonna go find it, or you gonna blame your loud mouth on others?

1. Nope you're still wrong, but to dumb to realize it. Go find the post that I said this and then maybe you'll realize why you're wrong.
2. I assume because it's against board rules, once again ask them if you'd like further details.
3. I assume the post was quoted, so it could be found if you tried hard enough. If not, the post where MC is talking about it recently would work just fine.
3a. If you can find the post where MC is talking about it, and show me where I admitted that I said that I'll go. If you're wrong, then you go?

I believe last year the sec would have had two but ole miss went and won the sec tourney.

Right now, today, I believe it's Florida and Kentucky and that's it unless someone else wins the tourney.

And I have seen enough evidence to make me have total faith that mizzou and Tennessee will lose at least one more. The schedule guarantees at least one will.

I have no dog in this hunt because Florida is obviously in and I hope as many sec teams make it as possible.

But, for whatever reason, Texas a&m and Alabama are just two tough for two clubs fighting for their tournament lives.

I don't know what will happen or what the committee will do.

But, I feel strongly about this....Florida and Kentucky are the only schools that have any business being selected for the NCAA tournament.

Furthermore, what lsu, Missouri and Tennessee have done in conference play is baffling beyond words

FTR 1979 we only had 2 teams. LSU and UT. Now I'll await your response that there was only 40 teams.

The SEC has 6 more wins out of conference this year than last but are still 11-24 vs top 50 and 27-39 vs top 100. This conference is absolutely pathetic and is deserving of no more than 2 bids. If you can't beat tournament teams in the regular season then you can't expect a chance to compete against them again.
