I've maintained the same stance from day 1. You can't put a cut and dry, success/failure stamp on a season based on NCAA result IMO. Reason being because IMO if say we made it in as a 5 seed, end up ranked and win the SECT but lose a tough game in the 5/12 matchup...well that was a pretty successful season. On the flip side, if you stumble in as one of the last teams in, and proceed to get run off the court in the opening round, that would be a disappointment.
So if we get in as a 10 seed, and flame out in the first game, no I wouldn't consider the season a success. However, if we are a 10 seed, and make it to the sweet 16 before we lose, I would consider that a success.
