Yes sir. Nothing officially posted at UT yet but final rosters are due today. It’s at 40 now so perhaps TN requested 6 DSAs which would likely be the max acceptable since previous roster was 40, and new rules require 34 as of 12/1/25.

Can you explain more about the DSA situation? Can schools request more? Is there a limit?

Technically no limit but schools must use good faith in assigning DSA status to athletes who would have been cut due to roster cap at 34 from 40. Thus, I’d be surprised if any school has more than 6 Designated Student Athletes. DSAs don‘t count against the roster caps for the remainder of their eligibility.
