Rooting for SEC teams when they aren't playing Tennessee

Do you pull for other SEC football teams (when not playing UT)?

When UF and UGA win, it helps their recruiting, yes. When UF and UGA win and then Tennessee beats both of them, that helps Tennessee recruiting.

It's certainly benefited us the last decade. Oh wait.

You act as if all 3 east teams can't be strong at one time. The late 90's - early 2000's saw all 3 winning 9+ games a year. We've been bad because we had bad coaching and lazy recruiting, not because UF or UGA were too "good".

You want to be a big fish in a little pond. That's a loser mentally; no different than the ones who want Saban to retire. I'd rather beat a great Bama team, I'd rather beat a great UF team etc.

I have SEC teams I despise but respect (Alabama), just despise (Vandy), actually kind of like (LSU), don't mind seeing decent things happen to (Kentucky), and a bunch I just don't give a damn about one way or another.

I will never pull for Alabama. Some teams I might pull for if playing another hated team (ND for instance), and most I don't like to think about unless we are about to whip dey ass.

I am loyal to one team only. I could care less if the other teams win and usually hope they don't.

When will you reach the point when you couldn't care any less?

Couldn't care less. Couldn't care less. Could not care less.

I couldn't care less if the other teams win and usually hope they don't.

Example:

It's the last week of the regular season and Tennessee is ranked just outside the playoffs at #5. #4 Florida State travels to #25 Florida. I want FSU to lose (as would virtually every Vol fan). I wouldn't go as far as to say I'd be "cheering" for the gators, but more-less pulling for FSU to lose.

But I wouldn't feel good for Florida....just for UT because of the benefits of the result.
