I don't think Riley wanted "Life In The SEC" because the schedule and road to the playoffs is so much easier at USC. Who in their right mind wants to play the SEC teams 8 times a year.

Doesn't matter. He would walk into a program that has 10-2 record as the floor with a top 5 recruiting setup in tact..... All while immediately contending for a playoff spot.

Tennessee is 2-3 years away from doing any of those things.
