dang i hear ya..i havent played it since that first day i picked it up....need to finish up my other game so i can play this one a lil more

You should put that other game down. On a side note, this is about the only forum I can stand now for the last week. So many new people getting on the board and completely ruining it with all their post and threads. Hate to say it, but the Nation is starting to go to ****

I feel the same way. I wonder where certain people have gone, but its just that their posts are drowned out by the seventeen threads about USC violations...Ridiculous.

I've heard the RPG element was largely left out of this one- making it a sci fi FPS. If this is true, I'll be pretty dissappointed.

So how much does this game use from your saved game from Mass effect?
Like will my character look the same as he did in the first one or will it let me change how he looks?

from what i understand if you have an old save file it will import your character as well as the choices you made from the first game. i would say you'll be able to change him/her up if you want to though.

I didnt import, so I am not sure, but I will try it later today. And to answer Swill, the RPG style is definitly still there, they did change some of the ways to upgrade yourself, but for the most part it is very similar. Weapon upgrades are now done on your ship in the research lab.

I was always a fan of the Citadel in the first one, I thought it looked really nice and there were a lot of things to do there. However, I just landed at an Asari world that is like the NY Stock Exchange of the Universe and it is ten times better looking and there are do many things to do. By the way I just bought my first fish for my fish tank on the Normandy :rock:

There are so many different galaxies and planets in this one. If feels like it is about twice a big as ME1. Another thing that I thought was cool was the difference in scanning planets in ME1. In ME2 you manually scan planets that you dont land on for different elements that you will use for research and development of different new weapons, armor, and other upgrades. You manually scan these planets and then you launch probes to collect the different elements that you find by scanning.

I have been playing for about 26 hours, and I have still yet to get in the ground vehicle, it that tells you how big this game is.

I took a call earlier in which the caller ID said was from Gamestop. When I picked up no one was there. I think they are taunting me.

What do you have to do to get the Terminus gear in the game....Is it just preordering it or do you have to pick it up at midnight?

Also just found out that you can get alternate weapon training to be able to use more weapons. Example: I am a Infiltrator class and dont use rifles. I just found something that let me train with rifles and now I can use them:)
