Agreed. He may have been the best recruiter on the staff. I think this deal not getting done is another sign of the dumpster fire our athletic department is. They knew what his role was at LSU. There's no reason this deal shouldn't have been done. If they didn't want him in a similar role to what he did at LSU, they shouldn't have wasted his time.

Probably...and it's likely there are some who'd be more effective. I dunno. Do you? I'd suggest some of you might want to settle down about this "meltdown" business, at least until CJP's staff has been fully assembled. I'm going to remain positive until we've witnessed at least a couple of games in 2018.
