I haven’t watched the replay of that specific play but I don’t know that it would have been the difference in the game. The sequence ended up we got the ball anyway. Then went 3nO but pinned them inside the 5 which led to the safety. We got the ball back and scored to take the lead.

We also had 3 chances to take the lead in the 2nd half and didn’t get it done.

If anything the difference in the game was Velos fumbling their first punt which set up their first score.

They should have to attend a press conference just like coaches and players and answer questions about the game. That would hold them more accountable because they would have to answer for the calls made.

UT AD Danny White responds to SEC punishments for Vols-Ole Miss game

White called the actions “unacceptable” in a Saturday statement. He apologized to Ole Miss AD Keith Carter following the game. UT Chancellor Donde Plowman stated she was “astonished and sickened by the behavior of some Vol fans” in a statement on Twitter. She indicated she would call Ole Miss Chancellor Glenn Boyce to offer an apology.

I think what’s more embarrassing than the incident itself is the constant groveling our administrators engage in. Just another thing for fans to be angered by. Always feel like we’re the ones who get screwed

I know what I’m dressing my two boys up as for Halloween. A mustard bottle and a golf ball and I’ll be a drunk Vol fan. My wife will naturally be Donde Plowman who has to apologize for my behavior.

No, I don't think they were justified, because they shouldn't have done it. However, I am saying that I get where the frustration comes from, and I understand that frustration.

I was sitting in Section O, so I saw it all first hand. I don't know if people in our section threw anything, but I did witness several fights. It was pretty wild in there.

People will do anything to pull the spotlight away from the true crime Saturday night- THE THEFT AND ROBBERY of a college football game caused by incompetence. We already know, fact and evidence, this officiating staff had blown calls and cost other teams games with bad calls, WHY were they allowed in Neyland Saturday night?
HAVE seen literally NO ONE from UT Admin. speak to this matter, just ignore it like they have the football program for the last 15 years- WE ARE TIRED of this crap !
I'M MAD as hell and not going to take it anymore- STAND UP FOR OUR FRICKING PROGRAM OR GTFO !!
